Barcelo Emperatriz, Madrid

The Barcelo Emperatriz is a charming hotel with very clean rooms and a generous provision of toiletries. The room lacked a view but was immaculate. The staff was attentive and went the extra mile to assist me and my child. The location is convenient with easy access to the metro and nearby amenities, though not right in the city center. The dining options were limited and overpriced. Overall, a good value for the money.

My stay at Barcelo Emperatriz was a mixed experience.
